During his studies, the young Swiss pianist Jérémie Conus thought a lot about the national identity of the Swiss musical landscape, especially that of piano music.
While the French, German or Russian musical traditions are historically and stylistically firmly established concepts, there is hardly ever any talk of Swiss music. That is why he began to study Swiss piano music more and more, and he quickly recognised the potential of this music.
